Our Disc type valves are usually for installation at the bottom of tanks or reactors for liquids outlet or draining:
- disc rising in the tank to open, crust breaking function (types 602 and 603)
- disc lowering in the valve body (type 607)
The disc seating surface is with PTFE to metal contact for operating temperature up to 180°C or with metal to metal contact. These valves have been fire safe tested and qualified. The tank connection is by done by counter flange or pad.

- profiled disc for regulating/control service (type 607)
- interchangeable seat
- temperature sensor integrated to the disc
- stem bellows
- body purge or drain nozzles
- heating jacket
- side mounted actuator
- vacuum service.

Operation
- handwheel with manual gear if required
- single or double acting pneumatic actuator (manual override)
- electric or hydraulic actuator.
Materials
These valves can be manufactured in fabricated (welded) or cast construction, in a large choice of carbon or stainless steel and alloys.
